Our PVC elevator belts are constructed with a solid woven carcass at the core, made from an interwoven mix of polyester and cotton. This robust structure is immersed in PVC paste resin and plastified under high temperatures to achieve optimal performance characteristics. Our belts exhibit superior fire resistance and anti-static properties, making them safe and effective for grain handling applications.

The tightly woven carcass of our PVC belts after being dipped in PVC paste resin not only enhances elevating capabilities but also offers excellent tear resistance. This feature is crucial as it prevents bolt pull-through, ensuring a reliable and secure attachment of buckets to the belt. The flexibility of our belts allows for smoother operation along the elevator pulleys, maintaining a good running trail and reducing the likelihood of derailing.

The carcass of the PVC belt is of a solid woven type, interwoven with polyester and cotton. The carcass is then immersed in impregnated PVC paste resin and plastified under high temperatures. Additionally, the carcass is coated with PVC on both sides—one side features a smooth cover, while the other side, which comes into contact with the pulley, has a friction cover. It is a fire-resistant and anti-static solid woven elevator belt.
